Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to prevent scratches or damage during the return journey.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
